Nick Pilgrim
MANAGING DIRECTOR & CO-FOUNDER
Nick Pilgrim and Mike Holmes set up EEBS in 2001, prior to this Nick spent 20 years working for Royal Mail across a range of corporate and executive roles. Originally trained as an Engineer, Nick possesses strong problem solving and leaderships skills. He’s highly disciplined with a no-nonsense, logical and practical approach to work.
Nick has developed an extensive knowledge of and expertise in the whole spectrum of Employment status law. He specialises in both tax and employment rights fields, representing clients at numerous employment tribunals, and providing extensive support where needed to clients involved with tax investigations.

Mike Homes
CHAIRMAN & CO-FOUNDER
Unique at time of conception, the bespoke service provided by EBBS was the brainchild of our founder Mike Holmes. Having managed employment agencies and payrolls, at the highest level, for over 30 years Mike’s continued involvement in the business lends unparalleled legal, technical problem solving experience. Mike is a Fellow of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation and an expert in Employment Law and International Tax.

Colette Rayner
ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT
As Director of Development Colette leads the EEBS Team and is responsible for overseeing the companies performance and continued development. Colette has worked for EEBS for 8 years, and has nearly 30 years experience in communications and business, previously working with media companies, as well as the NHS, and the Department of Health.

Holly Haneman
PAYROLL MANAGER
Holly is an integral part to the EEBS Team, and is our dynamic Payroll Manager within the Accounts Team.
Holly understands that payroll isn’t just about numbers; it’s about people, and spearheads a client focus approach, ensuring that our clients experience smooth and transparent payroll interactions.
Holly ensures that EEBS payroll processes adhere to the CIS and HMRC legislation, minimizing compliance headaches.
Holly enjoys workinng closely with clients to process their payroll efficiently and accurately, Holly is extremely personable and is demon at resolving any issues that can arise from time to time.

Rachel Omand
PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR
We are thrilled to announce the return of Rachel to the EEBS Family. Rachel worked with us several years ago before leaving to have her second child.
Rachel has many strings to her bow, as well as working with us Rachel is busy sharing responsibilty of MD with her husband Aaron of their own business Draft Dispense Ltd. Draft Dispense works with Craft Beer Breweries to take care of all things dispense, from fully cellar installations to support and maintenance.
Rachel previously worked as a UK Service Controller for an international vending company, over seeing the customer service and field teams.
All of Rachel’s work and life experience makes her the perfect fit for the EEBS team. As with all of the EEBS team Rachel will be customer focused, ensuring that our clients received the highest quality service, ensuring 100% HMRC compliance.
