EEBS can engage tradesmen who, because of the nature of their engagement need to work under a temporary Agency agreement. The tradesperson is paid in accordance with the Agency Worker Regulations, and is entitled to holiday pay, national minimum wage and pension contributions. Under these terms, tradespeople are engaged on a contract, and can pick and choose when they work.
